Kent Bliss and his son David converted the Park Street ice cream parlor into a full-service restaurant. The Bliss family sold the business to Bruce Ginsberg, owner of New England Ice Cream Corp. Bruce and his sons, Max, Ben, and Sam, now run the family business, committed to preserving the more than 100-year-old brand and continuing to produce premium-quality ice cream for the next century.
